Market Development Manager - IFS - Remote - Global

This role focuses on opening new accounts in asset-heavy industries, prospecting into target markets, conducting market research, and building marketing-attributed pipeline. The candidate will use AI-powered tools, personalized outreach, direct mail, and video to engage prospects, book qualified meetings, and generate pipeline. The role involves managing pipeline in HubSpot, working within an AI-first marketing infrastructure, and contributing to campaign content. The position targets industries such as energy, utilities, manufacturing, aerospace, and asset-intensive operations, with buyers including VP Operations, maintenance directors, and CIO/CTOs. The candidate should have a creative, account-based prospecting mindset, curiosity about industrial markets, and experience with AI tools and market research. The role reports to the Head of Marketing, Nexus Black, and offers a career in a pioneering AI-first marketing environment.
