Job Description

As an AI Sales Specialist, you will help us grow our AI business by building and expanding relationships with new and existing customers. In this role, you will work with customers to deliver the business value, demonstrate product functionality, and provide an overview of key business use cases. This will include a combination of productivity use cases, as well as working with product teams to help our customers build new products leveraging our AI solutions. You will lead day-to-day relationships with cross-functional team members and external customers, leading with empathy, while identifying ways to multiply the impact of the team as a whole to drive overall value for Google Cloud. Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain executive relationships with customers as the AI subject-matter-expert, influence the direction for new and existing customers as well as the Google Cloud Field Sales Representatives (FSRs) and Customer Engineers (CEs).
  • Assist customers in identifying AI use cases suitable for Google Cloud AI products and solutions. Articulate key solution differentiators and the business impact.
  • Develop and execute account plans, including a broader enterprise plan across key verticals.
  • Work with Google account and technical teams to develop and drive pipelines, and provide expertise. Execute Go-To-Market (GTM) business plays and related efforts with the Google Cloud teams and Google Cloud platform (GCP) partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a sales role in the cloud space, including experience selling technical solutions (e.g. Data Analytics).
  • Experience in cloud sales, working on customer adoption of solutions and delivering business growth across the AI tech stack (e.g. data analytics, Large Language Models (LLMs) consumption, infrastructure).
  • Experience partnering with technical staff to build business cases and implementation plans.
  • Experience selling the AI technology stack.
