Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant - Avanade - Remote - Global

The position is available in Ottawa and Toronto. As a CRM Technical Consultant at Avanade, you build enterprise‑grade Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that power complex business operations. You own the technical design, development, integrations, and performance of secure, scalable platforms. Responsibilities include designing and building custom Dynamics 365 Project Operations solutions, developing integrations with Dataverse Web API, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, and building Power Platform solutions such as model-driven apps, Canvas apps, and PCF controls. You will implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, work with Schedule APIs for Projects and Tasks, collaborate with functional consultants, support solution architecture, and participate in the full delivery lifecycle. The role requires strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Azure services. Certifications like PL-200 or PL-400 are preferred.
