Store Manager Joensuu Biltema - Biltema - Remote - Global

Are you passionate about retail and the fast-paced world of department stores? Biltema is looking for a Store Manager for our new Joensuu store to lead daily operations, ensure product availability, attractive displays, and optimal staffing. You will be responsible for the store's operational management, team leadership, and will be part of the management team. Requirements include retail management experience, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work independently, flexibility, and willingness to work all shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Finnish and English skills are preferred. We offer a responsible role in one of the largest Nordic department store chains, comprehensive onboarding, and opportunities for professional growth. The position is full-time, permanent, with an average of 37.5 hours per week. Salary and start date are negotiable.
