Associate Consultant/Sr. Project Coordinator - Trilogy International - Remote - Global

The Associate Consultant/Senior Project Coordinator will coordinate all operational aspects of medium size client projects and will support Project Managers in executing large global client projects. Senior Project Coordinators may also provide direction to Project Coordinators in support of project objectives. Senior Project Coordinators serve as a key resource for keeping project execution on track internally through project planning and monitoring. As primary contacts for fielding client requests, they are also critical to the ability of Korn Ferry to provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include owning mid-size projects or work-streams within larger projects, providing direction to Project Coordinators, managing project timelines, coordinating deliverables, planning for profitable delivery, and acting as primary contact for project activities. They support delivery, manage logistics, review project financials, compile reports, and ensure quality assurance. The role requires travel, participation in client meetings, and collaboration with stakeholders. Experience needed is two to five years in a corporate setting, with proficiency in MS Office, project coordination skills, financial acumen, and a bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
