Key responsibilities include operating label machines efficiently, minimizing waste, communicating issues, maintaining logs, using ERP systems, and ensuring safety and cleanliness. Physical demands include standing most of the shift, handling materials, reaching, lifting 50 pounds, and good vision. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1-2 years related experience, strong mechanical skills, and ability to embody core values. No supervisory responsibilities. Regular attendance and compliance with safety and company policies are required.
