Salary is based on the private healthcare sector collective agreement (VR4). Your responsibilities include a diverse mix of customer service, office work, and nursing duties. Daily tasks include customer service, appointment scheduling, payment processing, communication with stakeholders, and assessment of care needs. Additionally, the work involves blood sampling, vaccinations, and other nursing tasks at a medical center. The role mainly focuses on working at the customer service point.
