We are hiring vehicle fitters for Auto-Uuttera in Hanko Selected individuals will be employed by Auto-Uuttera either on a permanent, fixed-term, or gig basis depending on the situation and the applicant's preferences. Job Description As a vehicle fitter, you will be responsible for the additional equipment installation on new vehicles arriving in Finland, according to customer orders. The work includes various installation tasks such as: · Towing hook installations · Installation of heaters and auxiliary heaters · Additional lighting · Veneering and shelf solutions · Various safety and utility vehicle equipment You will receive practical and comprehensive training for the role. Employment and Salary · Employment type: permanent, fixed-term, or gig work · Salary according to the auto and machinery repair sector collective agreement, with skills and experience considered in the pay What do we expect from you? Valid Bajokortti (driver's license) Careful and safe working manner, especially as vehicles are new Reliability and a good work attitude Good teamwork and communication skills Diligent and motivated work ethic Education and Experience We are looking for candidates with: Automotive technician education or Relevant work experience in vehicle installation or equipment fitting tasks You can also be a motivated individual with good prerequisites to learn the role through thorough training. An interest in the automotive industry is considered an advantage. Communication, training, and safety instructions will be conducted in Finnish and/or Swedish.
