Construction Site Manager (railway and bridge construction) - Reqruitz Oy - Tuusula, Finland

We are looking for an experienced construction site manager to strengthen the STM Infra team in implementing demanding infrastructure projects (railway and bridge construction). In your role, you will be responsible for daily site management, production planning and execution, as well as safety, quality, and schedule management. You will work closely with the client, designers, subcontractors, and your own organization. The position involves both repair and new construction projects. Work mainly takes place at sites across Finland, so your location can be flexible. The position requires travel readiness, and accommodation can be arranged by the employer if needed. Use of your own car is also necessary. Main responsibilities - Managing and coordinating site production - Managing site finances, schedules, and implementation - Supervising work and subcontractors - Planning and coordinating procurement - Documenting and reporting on the site - Ensuring occupational safety - Collaborating with clients, designers, and other stakeholders - Quality control and documentation. Requirements - Experience in site management in infrastructure, railway, or bridge projects - Several years of supervisory experience - Proven success in completing projects - Relevant education in infrastructure construction (e.g., construction foreman, civil engineer, or DI) - Good financial understanding and overall management skills - Ability to lead a construction site goal-oriented and safety-first - Good IT and documentation skills - Good organizational and interaction skills - Experience with railway bridges and working in railway environments is especially valued - Certification as a concrete supervisor is an advantage.
