Tower Supervisor - Lisäpalvelu Kotka Oy

We are looking for a Tower Supervisor for our client company in the Kouvola area. The work starts immediately when a suitable candidate is found. After the recruitment process, you will be employed permanently by our client company. The projects are mainly data center sites in the Kouvola region, possibly also elsewhere in Kymenlaakso. The job involves managing scaffold work on-site, risk assessment and work method descriptions (RAMS), checking and preparing work permits, inspecting and handing over work to the client, organizing scaffold inspections, ordering materials, collaborating with the client organization, and following the collective agreement for the construction industry (building construction). Experience in supervisory tasks, ability to work in a dynamic environment, initiative, independence, and fluency in Finnish and English are required. We offer a salary of 3500-4000 € / month, a 40-hour work week, a dynamic work environment, necessary equipment, support for obtaining required cards and training, and a reliable workplace with all employment matters handled according to the book.
