Service Product Manager, Workshop Manager - ABB Oy - Remote - Global

Join us and help run what runs the world. This position reports to: Business Line Portfolio and R&D Manager. We are looking for a Service Product Manager, Workshop Services, Low Voltage Drives. You will own the strategic direction, development, commercialization, and lifecycle performance of the global service portfolio. The position ensures that service offerings remain competitive, profitable, and aligned with customer and market needs, while building collaboration across regions and global functions. In this role, your ideas and decisions will directly shape how our customers across industries keep their operations running efficiently and reliably. The services you develop and manage will help customers improve energy efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize performance; this makes the impact of your work visible and meaningful. You will be mainly accountable for: The global drives service workshop portfolio and its full lifecycle, defining long- and short-term portfolio visions, targets, and roadmaps. Building long-term business foundations, including business plans, and identifying new business opportunities. Developing and improving services based on market and customer insights; developing business cases, and pricing strategies, as well as driving commercialization and productization of service offerings. Supporting regional and local sales teams with commercial guidance and participating in target-setting and growth initiatives. Conducting customer visits, gathering market insights, and promoting ABB Drives Service offerings. Collaborating with network management and global teams to ensure alignment across functions. Tracking KPIs and business performance; providing reporting to support strategic decisions. Qualifications for the role include demonstrated skills in service product management and commercialization effort, as well as solid business acumen with effective market analysis skills. Experience in portfolio strategy, pricing, and building business cases. Effective communication and presentation abilities that help engage stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives in a matrix organization. Ability to connect with stakeholders effectively and travel internationally as needed. Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field. Fluency in English. Valid working permit to Finland.
