Rauhankoti provides 24-hour care for elderly people in Mouhijärvi, Sastamala. Each client has their own room, and shared spaces include dining and lounge areas as well as a covered terrace. We follow the principles of individual-based nursing care. As a practical nurse, your duties include daily care and nursing of clients, medication administration, and conducting RAI assessments. What kind of professional are we looking for? You are a licensed practical nurse (social welfare) or a basic nurse. You have successfully completed the LOVe medication training online tests. If necessary, you can complete the tests at the workplace at the start of employment. You have a client-oriented mindset, good communication and collaboration skills, and a willingness to develop. You hold a hygiene passport. You speak and write Finnish fluently. The position starts on 22 June 2026 or by agreement. The trial period is six months. The working hours are full-time, shift work, averaging 38 hours and 15 minutes per week. The work includes morning, evening, and night shifts. You must present a criminal record extract according to section 6, paragraph 4 of the Criminal Records Act before starting employment, and you must have valid vaccination protection according to section 48 of the Infectious Diseases Act (1227/2016).
