The units Namika 1 and Namika 2 are demanding level units in Lahti, moved to new sensory-friendly premises in summer 2023, with decades of experience in foster care. Salary is determined according to the collective agreement, with a base of €2723.92-€2990.35/month depending on experience, plus a demanding institutional care supplement of €151.50/month and shift allowances. Requirements include education as a social services student, registered nurse, or practical nurse, a driver’s license, hygiene passport, Finnish language skills, at least two years of child protection experience, and skills in handling restraint situations, neuropsychiatric, and trauma work.
