I look forward to welcoming an energetic and collaborative leader who is prepared to go the extra mile to achieve our ambitious goals.” – Tomas Wiklund, Senior Vice President, UPM Fibres  What you will do Lead and develop customer experience management across the business Own and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer satisfaction practices Provide customer and business insights to support the development of digital services Oversee global customer service operations Drive performance improvement and ensure consistency across regional teams Develop and improve sales processes and ways of working Analyze commercial performance, identify improvement areas, and lead change Develop and implement commercial strategies and business plans Contribute as a member of the Pulp Sales Management team Who you are You have a master’s degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field You have significant experience in commercial development, business development or sales, preferably in forest products, bio-based materials, or related industries You have a strong personal drive and practical business capability to lead a business to long-term success You demonstrate change readiness, agility and adaptability  You are a collaborative and inclusive leader who listens to and support others, empowers, acts as a motivational and inspirational role model, and collaborates across boundaries  You have excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders You are fluent in English with additional languages an advantage You are willing to travel internationally as required This is what we offer to you A meaningful job: We have an inspiring purpose “We renew the everyday for a future beyond fossils”.
