Job Description
Wärtsilä is looking for an Agile Coach to serve as a Scrum Master, change agent, and teacher, helping teams and the wider organization improve product development capabilities. The role involves coaching individuals, teams, and managers, facilitating organizational change, and supporting technical excellence within a hybrid work environment with onsite presence 2-3 days per week. The candidate will work with multiple teams, promote LeSS principles, and foster modern product development practices. Requirements include proven Scrum Master experience, deep understanding of Scrum and LeSS, facilitation skills, relevant certifications, and proficiency in English. Finnish language skills are a plus. The role supports Wärtsilä’s digital product development in Helsinki, focusing on sustainable maritime and energy solutions.
