AC Cook and Waiter/Waitress in Kolari (Permanent Position) - Teampa Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy - Kolari, Finland

We are looking for two hospitality professionals for our client in a new, energetic restaurant in Kolari, for permanent employment: - À la carte chef - À la carte waiter/waitress Work begins during the last weekend of May with the restaurant opening celebrations, offering full-time and long-term employment in a new, growing restaurant in the beautiful scenery of Lapland. Chef responsibilities include preparing and presenting à la carte dishes, managing daily kitchen operations, monitoring raw material quality, following hygiene and self-monitoring practices, and teamwork with the dining room and other kitchen staff. We expect from applicants previous experience in an à la carte kitchen, ability to work efficiently under pressure with a positive attitude, hygiene passport, initiative and responsible work attitude, enthusiasm to help build the new restaurant's operations, and Finnish and English language skills; additional language skills are an advantage. Waiter/waitress responsibilities include greeting and serving customers, serving à la carte dishes and drinks, cash register work, maintaining a pleasant restaurant environment, and ensuring customer experience even during busy times. We expect previous experience in serving work, energetic and positive customer service attitude, hygiene and alcohol service license, ability to work independently and in a team, and Finnish and English language skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
