Security Specialist - Welado Oy - Helsinki, Finland

Seclion Oy is an independent and expert-driven security consulting company. We help our clients develop organizational and overall security systematically, justifiedly, and practically. We operate widely across different sectors from private to critical infrastructure and public administration. We are now looking for a security specialist to strengthen our growing expert team. As a security specialist at Seclion, you will work on client projects as part of an experienced project team or independently as an expert. Your work will focus on security assessment, development, and planning. The role can be tailored according to your skills and interests. Typical tasks include security current state assessments, audits, and surveys; physical and administrative security development projects; preparing security plans and specifications; defining and procuring security systems and solutions; client communication, reporting, and presenting recommendations. You will work closely with clients. We expect you to have suitable education (e.g., security, technology, risk management) or strong work experience in security expert tasks; understanding of physical and/or organizational security; experience in designing, procuring, or installing security systems (e.g., access control, video surveillance, burglary, fire, or lock solutions); ability to work independently and responsibly on client projects; good written and oral communication skills in Finnish, with English skills considered an advantage; good basic skills in work life and IT (MS 365, Teams, reporting); a clean background and readiness to pass a security clearance.
