Mechanic / Installer – Car Maintenance and Repair Services (Nokia & Häijää) - Nokian Autopajat Oy

We are currently seeking service-oriented and skilled mechanics/installers to strengthen our car maintenance and repair teams at our Nokia and Häijää locations. The role includes diverse maintenance, repair, and inspection tasks for passenger and delivery vehicles. Opportunities are available for both basic passenger vehicle technicians and more experienced diagnostics specialists. Success in this role requires technical skills, quality awareness, and customer service orientation. We value teamwork and a desire to develop professional skills in the field. Key responsibilities include basic vehicle maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, timing belt and clutch replacements, fault code reading, troubleshooting, vehicle testing, work documentation, and quality assurance. Requirements include previous experience as a mechanic/installer, fluent Finnish language skills, B-class driving license, automotive knowledge, accuracy, positive attitude, and teamwork willingness.
