Senior AI Architect - Sofigate Oy - Helsinki

At Sofigate, we are building a new Disruptive AI & Business Renewal team to help ambitious organisations renew their business in the age of AI. We combine business advisory, AI transformation, platform capabilities and practical delivery to help clients move from AI ambition to measurable outcomes. Who are we looking for? We’re looking for an experienced Senior AI Architect who can help our clients move from AI experimentation to scalable, secure and value-driven AI adoption. As Senior AI Architect, you will lead the design of industrialized, enterprise-scale AI, including GenAI and Agentic AI, and data solutions. You will help clients shape the architecture, governance and operating models needed to make AI work in production environments. You combine strong technical architecture expertise with business understanding, hands-on credibility and the ability to guide transformation from strategy to implementation. Your key responsibilities are to: Help clients move from AI pilots to governed, production-ready AI solutions. Design industrialized AI architectures that are secure, scalable and maintainable. Provide hands-on technical consulting on enterprise AI adoption, including platforms, data, integrations, security and governance. Support presales, business development and the development of Sofigate’s AI capabilities, methods and offerings. Act as a trusted advisor in AI transformation programmes, working with business, IT, data, security and architecture stakeholders. What we expect from you: 8+ years of experience in enterprise, solution or cloud architecture, or technical advisory roles in large-scale AI, data, cloud or automation programmes. Ability to translate business goals into AI architecture options, roadmaps and implementation plans. Understanding and experience in designing production-grade AI and automation solutions, including LLM-based applications, RAG, AI agents, workflow automation and enterprise AI platforms. Hands-on ability to evaluate technologies, guide implementation teams and make pragmatic architecture decisions. In addition, we value a solid understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, data privacy, information security or risk management in enterprise environments. You have a proven experience leading client engagements and acting as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders, together with excellent consulting, facilitation and communication skills in English. Finnish is considered an advantage. We don’t expect you to tick every box.
