Job Description
The People Business Partner (PBP) plays a critical, strategic role in supporting RELEX employees and leaders across the Americas region of a European-headquartered People function. This position partners closely with functional leaders on topics such as employee relations, employee experience, organizational effectiveness, talent planning, and change management — ensuring People strategies are proactive, data‑informed, and aligned with business goals. What you’ll be doing: Serve as a trusted advisor, lead employee relations, support employee experience initiatives, partner on talent planning, guide change management, utilize HRIS data, and support People operations. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of HRBP experience, expertise in employee relations, US employment law knowledge, and proficiency with HRIS systems like Workday.
