Job Description
We are seeking two RESPONSIBLE SITE MANAGERS to work on our client's industrial investment projects. One position is located in Lohja and the other in Mäntsälä/Vantaa. Work begins in 08/2025 and is estimated to last 12 months. Your duties include: - Leading construction work in a responsible role according to the Building Act - Ensuring the site schedule, quality, and safety - Maintaining contact with authorities and participating in inspections - Directing and supervising subcontractors - Maintaining documentation and reporting to the client Expectations: - Education as a construction foreman or construction engineer - Good knowledge of the Building Act and regulations - Experience in industrial construction is considered an advantage - Ability to lead a site independently and responsibly - Good interaction and organizational skills - Good proficiency in Finnish and English We arrange accommodation near the work site if necessary. You can work directly on our payroll or as a sub-consultant through your own company.
