Job Description
The Customer Support Field Engineer helps Revvity customers enhance the productivity of their laboratory processes and drives high levels of customer satisfaction by providing expert service and support to customers within an assigned geographic area. Key responsibilities include installation, maintenance, and repair of Revvity diagnostic instruments, validation services, IQ/OQ, and service agreements. The role involves installing critical diagnostic testing instruments, verifying performance, and ensuring best-in-class service. The engineer promotes business development by selling service contracts, upgrades, and additional products, supporting local sales, and maintaining up-to-date documentation and inventory. Physical demands include walking, standing, lifting up to 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Basic qualifications include an associate or technical degree with 4+ years of experience or a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in relevant fields. Preferred qualifications include a valid driver’s license, experience with radioisotope detection systems, and electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills. The salary range is $80,000–$100,000 USD.
