Reception Service Supervisor - ImpressPoint Oy

Would you like to create a first-class customer experience and serve as the company's business card? As our company grows, we are looking for part-time reception service supervisors for our customer sites in the Helsinki metropolitan area. As a reception service worker, you are responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience. We work at various sites where your role is key in creating the first impression and ensuring smooth daily operations. The work includes greeting and guiding visitors, customer communication and information dissemination, general organization and coordination tasks for reception services, tasks related to data processing (e.g., reservation systems, registration), managing meeting and conference rooms (preparation, technical support), and willingness to work at different sites in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The work is performed both independently and with a partner, depending on the site. Working hours are weekdays between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. We hope you have a service-minded and positive personality, excellent communication and interaction skills, good organizational skills and initiative, proficient data processing skills, and teamwork skills. Previous experience in customer service is considered an advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to develop are most important.
