Are you interested in working as an auto mechanic but not yet fully experienced? KLX-Service is a multi-brand repair shop located in Herttoniemi. We are currently looking for a junior mechanic or someone interested in the automotive industry who is eager to learn and has a good attitude for a full-time, permanent position. You do not need to know everything right away. The most important qualities are reliability, initiative, manual dexterity, and interest in cars. What does the job involve? The work will start based on your skills. Initial tasks may include: Tire-related work, Oil changes, Filter replacements, Assisting with scheduled maintenance, Participating in brake and suspension work, Maintaining the workshop and tools, Assisting more experienced mechanics, Gradually taking on more independent maintenance and repair tasks. As your skills grow, so will your responsibilities. The goal is for you to develop into an independent multi-brand repair shop mechanic. We expect from you: Interest in cars and repair work, Good attitude and willingness to learn, Reliability and punctuality, Ability to perform physical and practical work, B driving license or willingness to obtain it, Finnish language skills for work instructions and daily situations. Previous experience from a repair shop, automotive studies, hobbies, or experience in tire services is considered an advantage but not required.
