Construction Supervisor for Lapland Region - Rekrytointipalvelu Sihti Oy

Our client is seeking experienced construction supervisors for upcoming building projects in the Lapland region. The position offers an opportunity to work on significant sites within a financially stable and reputable construction organization. As a construction supervisor, you will be responsible for daily site management and overall project coordination. Your duties include: Planning and directing construction phases, Ensuring schedules and quality standards, Monitoring site safety, Collaborating effectively with subcontractors, workers, and other project stakeholders, Reporting and documentation. The role requires the ability to oversee the entire construction site and ensure the project progresses according to plans. Requirements include: Strong background in construction site supervision, Experience in managing multiple phases and coordinating various tasks simultaneously, Good technical knowledge of construction, Ability to make decisions and work independently, Good communication skills. Willingness to travel between projects in Lapland is considered an advantage, so the position is suitable for someone prepared to move between sites as needed.
