Part-time Salespeople in Tuusula - Puuilo Tavaratalot Oy - Vantaa, Finland

We are currently looking for two part-time salespeople for our store in Tuusula. The positions are temporary until December 31, 2026. The sales tasks at Puuilo include, among others: Customer service: Salespeople are the face of Puuilo in everyday customer interactions. The customer base is broad and diverse, so the workday includes various customer encounters and situations. Customers appreciate helpfulness and problem-solving skills in every situation. Cash register and information work: The workdays include both cashier and information duties. Information work involves handling customer complaints, resolving potential issues, and renting out trailers. Stocking and displays: One of the key tasks for a salesperson is to ensure that shipments are unloaded onto shelves accessible to customers. Proper displays ensure that current products are visible and available to customers. Varied customer service situations and tasks: Puuilo salespeople have diverse responsibilities, including online order picking, cutting carpets and measuring materials, changing gases, and assisting with product-related questions. Cleaning: Store staff are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their own store. There is a cleaning day once a week, and staff also ensure daily general cleanliness of customer and staff areas. Puuilo has a lively environment with radio chatter and radios, which are an integral part of the culture. You enjoy performing all sales tasks and find it rewarding that your work is varied and dynamic. You are also willing to occasionally operate a forklift to load a customer’s car or use a cleaning machine in the store.
