Job Description
We are looking for a caregiver/instructor to support our clients who are deaf, deaf-blind, or require assistance with communication, to build a smooth daily life. The position is a temporary replacement from May 25, 2026, to August 31, 2026. The work is full-time and involves three shifts. The instructor's work includes versatile assistance, guidance, and support tailored to each client's individual needs. Tasks include basic care, household chores, client interaction, documentation, and medication administration. The work is mobile and requires a B driver's license. At Salmela, clients live in 24-hour supported housing, and we also provide home care in the Varha area. The instructor's duties include communication with relatives and other stakeholders.
