We are looking for production workers with a good attitude for our client company Balanus Oy in Mäntsälä to perform production tasks. In this role, you will do tangible work and see the results of your efforts daily. You will work as part of the production team sawing pipes to specified lengths. The work is physical, and the products move to welding after your work. Job Tasks You will work in so-called sawyer tasks - Sawing pipes to specified lengths according to production needs - Ensuring measurement accuracy - the work requires attention to detail - Finishing pipes before welding - Maintaining cleanliness and safety at the workstation - Working as part of the production team We expect from you - A good attitude and willingness to learn - Precision and thoroughness - Readiness for physical and fast-paced production work - Ability to work in a two-shift system It is considered an advantage if you have - Experience in metal sawing or metal industry work - Previous experience in a production or factory environment - Interest in technical equipment and machinery Previous experience in the metal industry is not mandatory - with the right attitude, you can succeed well and will receive training for your tasks.
