Job Description
The position involves managing the service delivery and operational management of sourcing and recruitment activities for several clients and projects. The role includes monitoring quality, SLA compliance, resource allocation, project management, team leadership, continuous improvement, policy adherence, and fostering a positive team environment. Extensive recruitment experience, people management skills, client interaction, sourcing strategy development, interview and assessment expertise, and proficiency with applicant tracking systems are required. The manager will also support business development and maintain high client satisfaction.
