As a project manager, you will lead diverse geotechnical projects for infrastructure, water supply, geotechnical engineering, or industrial needs. You will be responsible for independently executing projects, guiding design work, and working closely with clients. We are primarily seeking someone to work in Lappeenranta, but we can discuss other locations in Finland with suitable candidates. In this role, you will coordinate and oversee multiple simultaneous design projects, ensuring high-quality and independent results. - Independent management and control of geotechnical design projects - Technical guidance and quality assurance of design work - Active communication and negotiations with clients and stakeholders - Coordination of internal team meetings and mentoring of experts - Management of technical drawings and models using AutoCAD software - Resource planning, scheduling, and financial monitoring of projects. We are looking for relevant educational background, e.g., civil engineering or municipal engineering. Strong expertise in foundation construction and structural engineering. Extensive experience in geotechnical design tasks. Proficiency in AutoCAD software. Fluent Finnish and English language skills.
