We are hiring salespersons for the newly opening Luhta Outlet Oulu Kaakkuri store on a fixed-term basis: one person for an average of 20 hours/week, one for 15 hours/week, and one for 10 hours/week. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for customer service, following the chain's customer promise and customer satisfaction goals. You will implement the sales process according to the chain's sales model. The fixed-term employment lasts until December 27, 2027. How will you succeed?
