We are looking for a construction project manager for a permanent position in Vantaa. In this role, you will lead demanding construction and renovation projects and coordinate technical building systems. You will work on diverse projects and have responsibility and freedom to execute your work. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure smooth progress in collaboration with various stakeholders. Your daily work will emphasize: Building automation and technical systems: Expert management and integration of systems at different project stages. Project management: Guiding design and monitoring projects regarding schedule, budget, and quality goals. Stakeholder collaboration: Close cooperation with designers, contractors, and other experts to ensure building automation and technical solutions meet client and project requirements. What do we expect from you? A suitable higher education degree (DI or AMK engineer) or other relevant qualification. Experience in technical building systems, construction management, or real estate tasks. Project management or coordination experience. Good interaction and cooperation skills, customer orientation. Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented work approach. We consider an advantage: Experience in construction or consulting tasks. Building automation expertise.
