Specialist Doctor in Child Psychiatry Pori - Satakunnan hyvinvointialue - Pori, Finland

At the Satakunta Wellbeing Services County, the Psychiatry Clinic Group has an open position for a specialist doctor in child psychiatry. The position is located in Pori. As a specialist doctor, you will work clinically in child psychiatry in collaboration with other staff. Your tasks will be determined according to the unit you choose. Child psychiatry includes outpatient clinics, day units, and weekly wards. Your supervisor will be the chief physician of child psychiatry. Qualifications include a medical degree and specialist qualification in child psychiatry in Finland. Consideration may also be given to doctors in the final stages of specialization in child psychiatry who are licensed in Finland. The successful candidate must have work experience as a specialist doctor. Good written and spoken Finnish language skills are also required. Successful performance in the role requires good interaction and networking skills, as well as close cooperation with primary health care and units within the region. Additional training and qualifications will be taken into account in the salary. The position will be filled on a permanent basis starting from August 3, 2026, or as separately agreed.
