Job Description
Korn Ferry is searching for a remote Contract Senior Reporting Analyst who will support multiple RPO clients. Experience within an RPO or in talent acquisition/HR reporting highly preferred. This is ongoing work with no pre-identified end date. The Senior Reporting Analyst will be part of a global team responsible for client-specific reporting and analysis, liaising with Korn Ferry management and client stakeholders. Develop and maintain reports using applicant tracking system data and Korn Ferry’s data warehouse. Deliver performance dashboards in Excel and Power BI. Interpret data to identify trends, measure performance, and suggest improvements. Produce ad-hoc reports and audit data to ensure quality. Support data management and mentor junior analysts. Requirements include 5+ years of data reporting experience, strong desire for HR metrics, 3+ years of Excel, 2+ years of Power BI, analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and a high school diploma or higher.
