Job Description
You will be responsible for operating and developing customer panels across the Nordics, ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting panel activities, and helping increase their strategic value within the organization. You will communicate, promote, and highlight the value of customer panels, build strong networks, and collaborate with stakeholders. You will also shape how we utilize customer participation at If by developing procedures, communication, and future Research Operations practices. Your tasks include managing customer panels in all Nordic countries (Finland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark), planning, managing, and supporting panel activities, especially surveys. You will guide stakeholders in designing high-quality surveys and activities, ensuring clarity and usability of questions. You will actively communicate the value of customer panels and make it visible within the organization. You will build networks and collaborate with stakeholders across business areas to increase panel usage. You will ensure smooth daily operations, including communication, coordination, and management of incentives and activities. You will participate in the future development and strategic work of customer panels, including scaling, improving structures, and exploring new approaches. You will act as a key contact point and visible representative of customer panels across the organization. You will join a strong and established Experience Design unit with over 66 creative colleagues in service design, UX design, and design research. Our international community is located across the Nordics and Baltics, with your home base being the Finland-Norway UX Design team. You are passionate about operational development in research and motivated by enabling others to do high-quality research. You are a strong communicator, enjoy networking, presenting, and promoting effective practices. You are autonomous, organized, and enjoy managing projects and processes. You have excellent collaboration skills and are fluent in Finnish, English, and one other Nordic language. You have at least 3 years of experience in customer research or similar roles, with strong project management skills. You understand what makes a quality survey, including design, construction, and development. You can work independently, organize your work, and involve experts at the right stages. You have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, experience working with diverse stakeholders, and excellent written and spoken communication skills in Finnish, English, and Swedish or another Nordic language. You are willing to travel within the Nordics as needed. Knowledge of survey tools like LeanLab or Forsta is a plus but not required. Experience in Research Ops work is also a plus. The application deadline is June 11, 2026. To apply, attach an English CV and a portfolio with samples of your work. The work location is Espoo or Turku, with a hybrid model of 3 days per week in the office. Travel within the Nordics is expected several times a year. The start date is September/October 2026.
