Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer - Java to design and implement integrations between our customer support platform and SAP systems. You will be responsible for building robust, scalable integrations that enable seamless data flow for helpdesk, CRM, and content management capabilities. Key Responsibilities include designing and developing SAP integrations, building APIs and connectors, implementing data synchronization, working with SAP APIs (REST, OData, SOAP, BAPIs, RFCs), ensuring secure connectivity with authentication mechanisms, building inbound REST/OData API calls, data mapping and transformation, optimizing performance, and handling errors. You will analyze SAP modules such as Helpdesk, CRM, and Content Management, and collaborate with teams to meet integration requirements. Qualifications include 5+ years of SAP experience, deep knowledge of SAP Service Cloud and CRM, experience with SAP APIs, and programming skills in Java or similar languages. Familiarity with SAP data structures, middleware, cloud platforms, and enterprise integration patterns is required. Preferred qualifications include SAP certifications, SAP BTP experience, SAP Fiori/UI5 knowledge, and experience with SAP legacy patterns. The role offers a salary range of $115,000 to $125,000 annually plus bonus, with flexible work arrangements, health insurance, 401K, and other benefits.
