Job Description

You are attached to a team consisting of 1 nurse and 1 prevention doctor in occupational health (present 2 days a week) at the Montereau-Fault-Yonne site (77) with about 860 permanent employees (+ contractors). Under the supervision of the occupational health doctor, the nurse performs health prevention missions for employees and contractors, working within their scope, according to protocols established by the occupational doctor and providing care to employees and contractors on site. Participate in organizing the occupational doctor's schedule for individual follow-ups: information visits, prevention or reinforced or adapted individual follow-ups (periodic or initial), return-to-work or pre-return-to-work after illness or accident, or at employee requests. After appropriate training, conduct nurse interviews: participate in individual follow-up respecting protocols established by the occupational doctor, contributing to multidisciplinary work to prevent professional disinsertion. Provide nursing and emergency care in case of health issues related or not to work, respecting medical protocols and alert the occupational doctor. Deploy health actions, information, and training in collaboration with the occupational doctor, especially in ergonomics and disability. Organize vaccination campaigns. Manage administrative tasks, maintain and archive medical records properly. Manage the infirmary equipment (ordering medical/paramedical supplies, pharmacy management, waste treatment). Participate in risk analysis, studies, and post adaptations. Monitor health indicators and activity data.
