The Strategy and Transformation unit is responsible for driving both KONE’s long and short-term success by identifying the right strategic priorities and key day-to-day performance initiatives, ensuring a common direction with KONE’s areas and other functions. Strategy & Transformation develops our strategy, performance and operating model and is responsible for driving large transformations. We are now looking for a Pricing Analyst to join our Pricing Excellence team in Espoo, Finland. In this exciting role, you will be working with Pricing leaders across the world to drive pricing impact. Key responsibilities Provide analytical and operational support for pricing initiatives. Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to analyze pricing data, generate actionable insights to support decision-making. Preparing materials to support decisions making Assist in the implementation of pricing tools, processes, and governance. Support in driving continuous improvement in pricing processes and practices Support in developing and implementing comprehensive pricing strategies Requirements for the role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Business acumen and translating data insights to business opportunities Prior experience either from pricing or consulting is considered as an asset Financial and business analysis skills University degree (M.Sc.) in Business, Engineering or equivalent Experience of SQL, Python, PowerBI and Microsoft office To succeed in this role, we expect you to have: Accountability and effectiveness of data analysis and insights.
