We are looking for a maintenance advisor for our client company Käyttöauto Oy in Jyväskylä, for a permanent position. The job is full-time and will start as soon as a suitable candidate is found: the selected person will be employed directly by Käyttöauto. The salary is based on the automotive trade and workshop collective agreement and is negotiable based on your previous experience. The maintenance advisor role combines customer service and technical coordination. You will act as a contact person between the customer and mechanics, ensuring that work progresses according to schedule. Your tasks include: * Receiving vehicles for maintenance and handing over vehicles to customers after work completion * Booking appointments * Identifying faults and maintenance needs and preparing cost estimates * Communicating with customers and providing general customer service, for example regarding maintenance contracts * Documentation Käyttöauto has always been a company centered around people.
