We expect responsibility and the ability to work independently and goal-oriented. For supported housing, a basic qualification in mental health and/or substance abuse work or other relevant social and health care education with strong expertise is required. At ANNU Social Services: - No two workdays are the same; your work is varied, motivating, and skill-enhancing. - You will meet clients as well as various networks. - The work involves mobility; therefore, a driver’s license and personal vehicle are recommended. - You plan and schedule your workday, including client meetings. - There is also the possibility to work more hours according to your preferences. We follow the private social and health care sector collective agreement. The supported housing wage level is G23D. Supported housing is mainly carried out with morning and afternoon visits. Depending on your education and skills, you may also work in other services.
