We are seeking an AV Technician for a full-time and permanent position starting no later than September 2026. The position follows the collective agreement for tourism, restaurant, and leisure services. As an AV Technician, you are an important part of our clients' experiences. You ensure the smooth and high-quality technical implementation of events, occasions, and visits at Kulttuuriranta in collaboration with the AV Manager. You are responsible for the operational readiness of professional AV systems, daily maintenance of equipment, and pre-event preparations, installations, and dismantling. During events, you provide technical support, independently resolve issues, and ensure the overall smooth operation. You also participate in event planning, space preparation, and the development and documentation of the AV environment. You work closely with various stakeholders, such as production teams, other technical teams, partners, and event organizers. When necessary, you act as a contact person for technical partners.
