Job Description
What You'll Do: Own and grow partnership-driven pipeline and revenue across strategic alliances, referrals, and partner channels. Build and scale key platform partnerships (e.g. Canva), establishing Superside as a preferred enterprise partner. Identify and develop new alliance opportunities with AI creative platforms and technology partners. Design and launch a scalable customer referral program that generates qualified enterprise pipelines. Build a partner ecosystem with marketing services firms to drive consistent deal flow. Structure and close partnership agreements aligned with commercial and strategic goals. Develop repeatable co-sell and co-delivery models across partnership types. Partner with Sales to convert partner-sourced opportunities into closed deals. Collaborate with Creative, Delivery, and AI teams to ensure successful execution of partner engagements. Track, analyze, and optimize partnership performance across pipeline, conversion, and revenue.
