Regional Sales Manager - Avery Dennison - Remote - Global

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager for the Eastern Region. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for obtaining market share by defining and penetrating the markets, identifying opportunities and prospects, and developing relationships to meet or exceed sales growth and profit targets. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new prospective accounts, maintaining existing customers, analyzing competitor market share, participating in planning and forecasting, managing sales agents, performing technical trials, and managing trade show exhibits. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (preferred), 8+ years of successful sales experience with 5+ years in management, experience selling adhesives through distribution and OEM channels, and proven experience in building markets. Willingness to travel up to 75%. Skills required include business acumen, negotiation, territory analysis, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
