Job Description
The Account Manager, Corporate is responsible for developing relationships with customers and key stakeholders to retain and grow the customer base. The role involves serving as the main contact for inbound queries, outbound engagement, relationship updates, and renewal discussions across various industries. Responsibilities include maximizing retention, increasing adoption of AlphaSense solutions, identifying revenue risks, forecasting retention, collaborating with account executives, understanding client business, cultivating relationships, holding business reviews, onboarding and training new users, proactive outreach, and gathering product feedback. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, a subject matter expert, energetic, creative, knowledgeable about SaaS client engagement, results-oriented, and an excellent communicator capable of engaging with all levels of stakeholders.
