Job Description
We are looking for Manager, Data & Digital for Business Unit Energy to enable data-driven decision-making and digital transformation. The position can be located in Helsinki or Stockholm, or in one of the Stora Enso mill sites in Finland or Sweden. Responsibilities include developing AI and data analytics capabilities, managing energy reporting and insights, administering energy systems (e.g., EMS), and driving digital tools and data integration. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or Engineering, at least 3 years of relevant experience in data science, IT-systems, and AI, strong collaboration and communication skills, flexibility, and fluency in English.
