Construction Supervisor, HVAC - RMC - Rauma Marine Constructions Oy - Rauma, Finland

As a construction supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing the installation of your designated area, coordinating the work of subcontractors performing installation tasks, ensuring progress according to schedule, and providing technical guidance. You will verify that the conditions for work are met, materials are available at the sites, and safety regulations are followed. The work includes interpreting work descriptions for the network, communicating and collaborating on related change orders with the design department, participating in progress meetings, and reporting to the area manager. The minimum qualification for this position is a suitable university of applied sciences or vocational qualification. You may also be near the end of your studies but have already gained experience in installation work in shipyard and maritime environments. Additionally, technical skills and work experience with HVAC systems and equipment are required. We expect you to be proactive and initiative-taking, with effective collaboration skills for internal and external networks. Proficiency in both Finnish and English is required.
