As the head of the team, you will lead the Lakiapu team, whose primary task is to assist clients with legal questions and create security for them in new and potentially challenging matters. Success requires close cooperation with other units. You will have the opportunity to lead and coach a team of legal advisory experts, develop and ensure the quality of legal advisory services, improve customer journeys and digital services, promote continuous development and digitization of systems and processes, influence service development in internal and external networks, participate in the management team of the Finnish LCI claims unit, and provide legal advice to clients as needed.
