Are you seeking a permanent and full-time job in building technology in Uusimaa? We are currently looking for a skilled ventilation maintenance technician to work in the area between Järvenpää and Helsinki. In this role, you will utilize your diverse skills in various building maintenance and building technology tasks. Your workday will consist of a variety of ventilation maintenance and installation tasks, as well as building maintenance in the Järvenpää and Helsinki area. Your main duties include measuring, adjusting, cleaning, and maintaining ventilation systems, as well as mechanical maintenance, repairs, and filter changes for ventilation units. Your work is independent and varied, and you are prepared to flexibly perform other building technology and maintenance tasks as needed. You will meet clients at their premises. We expect you to have strong expertise and an independent approach to work.
