Property Caretaker - Kempeleen kunta - Kempele, Finland

Kempele municipality is recruiting for a permanent property caretaker position. The property caretaker's duties include property maintenance tasks for municipally owned properties and on-call duties as a property supervisor within the municipality's property maintenance emergency service. Qualifications for the position include a professional qualification in property maintenance or a relevant technical degree, such as HVAC training. The role requires participation in on-call duties outside working hours and the ability to use a personal vehicle. We value interest in additional and continuing education, previous experience in property maintenance for large properties, flexibility, teamwork skills, and initiative. Knowledge of building automation devices and experience with maintenance record software are also appreciated. Salary and employment terms are determined according to the municipal technical staff's collective agreement (TS). The position includes a six (6) month probation period.
