Job Description
Korn Ferry is seeking a Talent Acquisition Director to support our Projects RPO team. The Talent Acquisition Director will contribute to growth and profitability goals by delivering best in class recruitment services to our client. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope to include oversight and support of the customized RPO solutions. The aim of the role is to ensure the quality assurance of the project delivered to our client. Key Responsibilities include creating and executing project work plans, defining search requests, resource allocation, developing sourcing strategies, reviewing deliverables, managing client interactions, and participating in project scoping. The role requires leadership experience in talent acquisition, RPO or staffing engagement experience, full lifecycle recruiting knowledge, and strong communication skills.
